Killeen Police have made an arrest in an auto-pedestrian case from last month.
Chance Biels faces an aggravated assault charge, and is currently in the Bell County Jail.
Police say Biels hit a woman with his truck on September 23 as she got out of her car on Savage Drive, and then drove off.
The impact threw the soldier through the rear window of her car.
Investigators are not talking about a motive in this case at this time.
