Attorney Clint Broden plans to present an affidavit next week by a former first assistant district attorney accusing District Attorney Abel Reyna of dismissing criminal cases in return for political favors.
Broden represents Matthew Clendennen, a biker indicted in the Twin Peaks case involving nine deaths.
Clendennen is set to have a hearing on Monday with a visiting judge and three special prosecutors after both Judge Matthew Johnson and Reyna removed themselves from the case.
