Lampasas and Kempner fire units responded to a burning motor home in Kempner early Wednesday morning.
The call came in at 5:16 a.m. that the RV was burning in the 12400 block of East Highway 190 in Kempner.
Firefighters found it behind the Shell station in Kempner, with the motor home fully involved when they arrived.
One man who had been inside when the fire broke out escaped safely, but the motor home was a total loss.
No surrounding property was damaged.
Cause of the fire remains under investigation.
