A Waco mosque is honoring the victims of the New Zealand terrorist attack on Friday.
The Islamic Center of Waco will hold a memorial prayer for the victims of the shooting at 2:00 p.m. They welcome anyone from any faith or background to join them.
The center says the timing is significant becasue the shooting occured during traditional Muslim Friday prayers.
The community wants to show they are not afraid to continue practicing their right to worship.
