Jurors selection process begins in first Twin Peaks Trial

News

About 400 jurors were at the McLennan County Courthouse filling out six-page questionnaires to determine if they are eligible to serve in the first Twin Peaks shooting trial.

On Friday morning, lawyers gathered in a Waco courtroom working to reach an agreement on a questionnaire.

Defense Attorney Casie Gotro had some objections during the hearing, but Judge Matthew Johnson completed the hearing to meet the deadline.

Candidates will complete the questionnaires and hand them back to the court so they can be carefully reviewed before actual jury selection begins on Monday.
