KILLEEN, Texas – The Killeen Community Center will be opening early Wednesday morning as a warming station.
The center will open at 1:30 a.m. for those needing overnight relief from freezing weather.
The warming station is set up to offer temporary relief from the cold, and does not offer full sheltering services.
