A 37-year-old man has been sentenced to three life sentences for  sexual assault.

Kodell Valentino Foster would have to serve at least thirty years before becoming eligible for parole after a judge ordered the three sentences to be served concurrently.

Foster was accused of forcing a 17-year-old girl into his house after he had earlier given her a ride on December 13, 2014.

An arrest affidavit filed indicated the assaults took place at a home in the 3100 block of Morrow Avenue.

The affidavit indicated the victim was able to pick the suspect out of a lineup.

He had faced enhanced sentencing because of previous convictions.

Foster  had only been out of  federal prison four days on parole when this offense occurred.

It was not immediately clear what would happen with his remaining federal sentence time if his parole was revoked in the previous case.
