Police say they took information on the incident at a restaurant in the 3900 block of the I-35 access road near New Road back on January 15.

The victim, who was an employee of the restaurant, told officers that while she was in a restroom stall, she noticed men’s boots visible under the stall divider, looked up and spotted a man holding a cell phone over the divider taking pictures of her.

He fled, but employees were able to get a description and license plate number of his vehicle.

The vehicle belonged to an out of town business and police were able to determine that an employee of that company was staying at a motel in Bellmead.

Officers went to the Quality Inn in Bellmead and made contact with a man identified as Laurence James Button, conducted an interview with him, got an arrest warrant and took him to jail on the charges.
