Bellmead police say they have tracked down a 37-year-old man they believe is responsible for an October robbery and beating that left a man unconscious in his own home.
Joshua Jackson was booked into the McLennan County Jail Wednesday on a charge of aggravated robbery.
It was back on October 14 around 9:23 p.m. that Bellmead police were called to a home at 4952 Williams Road.
Detective Michael Irving said the victim told them that two men had come to his home and that one of them had displayed a handgun.
The victim was struck in the head and left unconscious, with his attacker then taking money from him and leaving.
The victim was treated for his injuries and was able to provide investigators with the name of the man who hit him.
A warrant was obtained for Jackson who was located with the help of the U.S. Marshals Task Force.
