Baylor University chosen as First Forward institution

Baylor University is getting ready to receive a very important designation.

The school has been chosen as a First Forward institution.

The designation recognizes schools which have demonstrated a commitment to improving experiences and advancing outcomes of first-generation college students.

As part of the Paul L. Foster Success Center, Baylor’s first in-line program provides scholarships, mentoring, and a network of faculty and staff to first-generation students.

As part of the designation, Baylor staff will meet at the First Forward Workshop in Orlando in June.
