A Copperas Cove man has been arrested on sexual assault charges, accused of sexually abusing a teenage girl almost daily for two years.

Bond was set at $50,000 for Heath Horicio Beasley in the case that began with a complaint filed at the police department by the victim and her mother on Monday

Court papers filed in the case refer to incidents that began in the spring of 2016, beginning with the victim being compelled to do belly dancing and providing massages, escalating to various other forms of sexual activity

The complaint papers say that various forms of coercion were used to get the victim to continue the activity despite crying and other indications that she did not want to take part in the activity.

The investigating officer was able to obtain an arrest warrant and Beasley was taken into custody on Monday, appearing before the judge for his bond to be set at noon on Tuesday.
