Dwyer Group in Waco – a service based franchise company held a ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday for their new three story building.

By moving their marketing team into the new building, the entire Dwyer Group now operates on one campus, just feet away from McLennan County Health District.

The company’s CEO Mike Bidwell says the new building reflects their success.

Bidwell says, “”We have eight corporate offices around the world. Waco is our favorite, this is our world wide headquarters, it is a great place to grow a business. The taxes and the business climate here are very favorable.”

Matt Meador with Greater Waco Chamber says, “These are pretty special times for Waco, this economy continues to grow and grows strongly, it’s a diverse economy, our community continues to grow, we see a lot of investment flowing into our community.”
