Four-legged friends brought their humans along Saturday morning for the Annual Dog Days event in Hewitt.
This year, those attending saw a circus chicken dog performance, costume contest, dog tricks, family story time, and the much anticipated weenie dog race.
Folks also enjoyed a petting zoo and of course, the FOX 44 Activity Trailer.
Organizers hope this event encourages people to adopt pets.
