Fort Hood’s Soldier for Life: Transition Assistance Program will be hosting their 41st annual Mega Career Fair on Tuesday.

The event will take place at Club Hood from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., and will have 190 vendors representing over 50,000+ employment opportunities.

The event is open to all job seekers, soldiers, spouses and civilians. Organizers say the best time to arrive is between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. – while recruiters are still in full swing with plenty of information to share.

Parking at Club Hood is reserved for handicapped and career fair support personnel only. Job seekers may park at Hood Stadium (off Clear Creek), on 22nd & 23rd Streets (East of First Army Div West HQ) between Battalion and Old Battalion Avenues, or at the Warrior Way Exchange.

Free shuttle service runs continuous from 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Signs are placed strategically to direct job seekers to parking and to Club Hood.

The event is free and requires no registration for job seekers. For more information, you can call (254) 287-9909.
