Veterans One Stop in Waco is planning a free Thanksgiving meal for veterans, active military and their family members for Friday, Nov. 17.
The center plans the meal at 11 am.
Golf cars will help with the parking situation and bringing people to the center.
Last year, the center fed about 500 people, this year it is expecting about 750.
Outdoor tents and even entertainment will be provided.
The second annual meal will offer turkey and other goodies thanks to several local sponsors.
