College Station police say one woman was caught at the store and a man was arrested later after a break in at the College Station Hobby Lobby store.

Police responded to an alarm call at the store at 1903 Texas Avenue South at 11:23 p.m. Saturday and found the store had been entered.

They were able to locate a woman at the scene later identified as 22-year-old Lisa Kathryn Salazar of Brazos County.

Officers spotted a man inside the store but were unable to take him into custody despite what was described as a ” significant effort.”

However, as the investigation went on, they were able to determine his identity and obtained an arrest warrant.

Thirty-one-year-old Eric Ray Singleton was arrested without incident on Sunday.

Both Salazar and Singleton were charged with Burglary of a Building with Singleton having other warrants for him as well.
