A Killeen couple who have admitted sexually assaulting children and making videos of their actions will be sentenced in federal court in Waco on Wednesday.

Christopher Andrew Almaguer and his wife Sarah Rashelle Almaguer could face 15 to 30 years in federal prison on each count for which they have been charged.

The couple entered guilty pleas to two counts of production of child pornography back on October 30, 2018.

They admitted uploading sexually explicit pictures of themselves sexually assaulting children in December 2017.

Investigators say they were able to compile a list of about 25 potential minor child victims, ranging in age from eight months to 14 years old.

All of the victims were believed to have been from the Central Texas area.

The Almaguers have remained in custody since their arrests in February 2018.

The Texas Attorney General’s Child Exploitation Unit and the United States Secret Service worked the case.

U.S. Attorney John Bash said ” To me this is the most significant case we’ve prosecuted since I became a U.S. Attorney.”
