Local

The families of Jenna Scott and Michael Swearingin are honoring their lost loved ones.

A memorial 5K is planned for May 18 in Temple.

The race will support the Priceless Beginnings non-profit, who provides camp scholarships for children of domestic violence victims.

The bodies of Scott and Swearingin were discoved in rural Oklahoma last January – after they disappeared from Temple. The autopsy reports say they were victims of homicide.
