Over 60 Twin Peaks cases dropped

Two judges have dismissed dozens of cases connected to the deadly Twin Peaks shooting.

In the latest round, the judges dismissed charges against 62 men arrested at the scene in May 2015.

The McLennan County District Attorney’s Office has asked judges to drop 118 cases ever since last February.

There are still 37 people facing charges, including Jacob Carrizal, who went to trial last year. The jury in this case could not make a decision, so the judge declared a mistrial.
