WOODWAY, Texas – A vehicle accident on East Highway 84 caused traffic delays on Monday afternoon.
The accident occurred before 2:00 p.m., when a City of Waco Parks and Recreation truck was towing some construction equipment behind it and lost control – flipping onto its side. This was due to a tire blowout on the trailer.
No injuries have been reported.
