Three Waco High School students received only minor injuries and were taken to a local hospital for evaluation Monday morning following a three vehicle accident at Bosque Blvd and LaPorte Avenue.
Waco ISD spokesman Kyle DeBeer said the bus was hit in a secondary collision after two other vehicles were initially involved in a crash, with one of the vehicles being pushed into the bus.
Early reports indicated at least one of the other drivers was also taken to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
DeBeer said that there were thirty Waco High School students on the bus at the time.
All but the three were put on another bus and continued on to school.
The bus received relatively minor damage.
