Woman arrested after stabbing boyfriend

A woman is charged with aggravated assault after police find a stabbing victim.

College Station PD officers responded to the 1000 block of Autumn Circle early Monday morning for a report of an aggravated assault.

When officers arrived, they located the victim who claimed he was stabbed by his girlfriend. The victim was suffering from a single stab wound to his hand, and said he was in fear of his life.

The victim was treated by paramedics and released at the scene.

The suspect has been identified as 35-year-old Malinda Ann Oliver, of College Station. Officers were able to locate Oliver, as well as evidence which supported the victim’s claims. Oliver was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon (Family Violence).
