Fire destroys mobile home at Pendleton


Three fire departments responded to a fire in the Pendleton community about 4 a.m. Monday.

Bell County Fire Marshal Steve Casey said an unoccupied mobile home was gutted.

The home at 1930 old 1237 Loop was engulfed when first units arrived.

Firefighters from Troy, Morgans Point Resort and Moffat responded to the fire,

The cause remains under investigation,

No one was injured,

AMR Temple EMS also responded and stood by on site.
