McLennan County Sheriff’s Office investigators released pictures of three men they say were involved in sex acts with victims of human trafficking.
The pictures of the men were taken with hidden cameras discovered during raids on two massage parlors in December 2017 at 2509 Washington Drive and 2625 Waco Drive.
Investigators are asking the public for help identifying the men. If you know who they are, you can call Detective Joseph Scaramucci at (254) 757-5170 or Detective Derek Russell at (254) 757-5114.
The woman investigators say ran those massage parlors is 47-year-old Chunyang Zhang, who has been arrested several times for human trafficking and has bonded out each time.

The arrest affidavit for one of the most recent cases says the Waco Police Department received a call from 713 Lake Air Drive – and in a report taken it was learned a female, identified in the affidavit as “Victim 1” said she had flown into the Austin airport on January 7 and was picked up by Zhang and taken to Waco.
The victim said she came after speaking with Zhang regarding work in her massage establishment.
After working for about a week, the affidavit says she was told she could “touch” some of the repeat customers, with Zhang demonstrating what she meant.
The victim told investigators her agreement with Zhang had her charging $60 for each massage and she would keep half.
She said after she told Zhang she would not engage in prostitution, but would only provide regular massages that Zhang was withholding her pay.
“Victim 1” told investigators she did not know anyone in Waco, and had nowhere else to stay since she was not being paid.
Investigators said the victim was living inside the parlor.
Investigators stated in the affidavit they knew of two prior investigations that Zhang engages in this type of business, and in those cases Zhang housed all the women within the parlor and charged the same amount for massages.
The affidavit says in those cases she was the owner of the two parlors in which acts of prostitution were occurring.
“We are not going to let up. We are going to identify as many of these people as we possibly can,” says Sheriff Parnell McNamara.
The McLennan County Sheriff’s Office Human Trafficking Unit raided two massage parlors in December 2017.
“These were pictures taken off of the videos that the lady that was running the massage parlor had put in each one of the rooms,” McNamara explains.
They found almost 400 people involved in sexual acts with the customers after looking through the videos.
The Sheriff’s Office released photos of three men who were seen in the videos.

“Those are individuals that we are trying to identify, and we are going to put some charges on them and reaching out to the public to help us identify them,” McNamara says.
And the sheriff says these three aren’t the last.
“We are going to be putting more pictures of violators or perpetrators, whatever you want to call them, on our Facebook page to try to get them identified,” McNamara says.
The owner of both massage parlors, Chun Yang Zhang, has been charged with engaging in organized criminal activity multiple times.
Zhang was released from the McLennan County Jail on December 9, after bonding out.
