Travis County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Bobby Whitehead on Wednesday morning on charges he killed a man in Copperas Cove earlier this month.
The Coryell County Sheriff says Whitehead admitted shooting Michael Paradise because he thought Paradise was a child molester.
Deputies found Paradise’s body at a home on Julia Drive on November 17.
Investigators say Whitehead told another person he saw Paradise by his children, and got a “bad vibe” about him – and that he knocked on Paradise’s front door and shot him in the head.
