The Direct Deployment Team of the Bryan Police Department coordinated a warrant service on Monday on a man wanted on a felony warrant. The man is also suspected in other criminal activity.

A Brazos County Sheriff’s Deputy spotted the wanted person in a vehicle near Balcones and Rio Grande Drive in College Station at 2:30 p.m. The officer initiated a traffic stop and the wanted man jumped out of the vehicle and fled on foot.

At this time, multiple agencies – including College Station PD, Brazos County Sheriffs Office, Brazos County Constables and Texas Department of Public Safety – are assisting in the search of this man who should be considered dangerous.

Bryan PD is asking for citizens to avoid the area of Rio Grande Boulevard/Pedernales Street until further notice.
