Students at Waco ISD’s Kendrick Elementary School  ” gave a sign” they oppose bullying Monday afternoon.

Right after lunch, the entire student body and faculty were on the playground behind the school making a giant peace sign as they wore their blue shirts for ” No Bullying” day.

The Waco Fire Department sent over a ladder truck to give a good view of their handiwork and provide a picture to commemorate their initiative.

A few minutes later, The H.E.B. Buddy made an appearance at Bell’s Hill Elementary visiting with dtudents to help kick off the chain’s anti-bullying campaign for second grade students across Texas.

It’s called the H.E.B. Buddy League and uses the phrase, ” Be a Buddy, not a Bully.”
