HOUSTON (AP) — Despite tying a franchise low with just five picks in the draft this year, the Houston Texans managed to address needs at quarterback and receiver. Houston selected Stanford quarterback Davis Mills with its first pick at No. 67. The Texans traded up to get Michigan receiver Nico Collins later in the third round. They wrapped up the draft by choosing Miami tight end Brevin Jordan, TCU linebacker Garret Wallow and Arizona defensive tackle Roy Lopez.
