AUSTIN, TX — The No. 1 recruit in the country, Arch Manning, announced he will be continuing his football career at the University of Texas. Arch is the son of Cooper Manning, who is the brother of Peyton and Eli Manning. He racked up a total of 5,731 passing yards for 72 touchdowns during his first three seasons in high school.
