The Baylor baseball team had to play catch-up on Tuesday against Dallas Baptist, for really the first time all season.
The Bears fell down 2-0 and then 3-2 before exploding for seven runs in the final few frames to win it comfortably 10-4. Coach Steve Rodriguez happy to see his team respond like they did.
“Shoot, I’ll tell you what if I knew that’s how they were going to react to it, I wouldn’t have those worries,” He said. “I just think as a coach you’re always kind of worried about certain things, but how they responded to that last night was pretty impressive.”
Baylor will travel to Houston on Thursday ahead of the Shriners College Classic.
